Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the Respondent for his willful and intentional disobedience to the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.2752 of 2014 dated 08/06/2022.

The contempt petition on hand has been filed to punish the respondent herein for committing contempt for disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.2752 of 2014 dated 08/06/2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the proceedings issued by the Commandant, 194 BN BSF, Gandhi Nagar. The Order has already been passed treating the period of suspension as duty consequent upon the order of acquittal and the suspension period has already been regularised.

3. Since, the period of suspension has already been regularised, no further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition is required and accordingly the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. (sha) 30.08.2023 Index : Yes Speaking Order 2/3
