This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2022 in W.P.No.21927 of 2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2022 has been complied with. He has produced the proceedings of the Respondent dated 23.08.2023 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondent and also the proceedings dated 23.08.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 23.08.2023, in the manner known to law.
