ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this

Court in W.P. No.30133 of 2019 dated 22.10.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(D)No.165, Environment Climate Change and Forests(FR.2-II) Department dated 15.11.2021 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court. Recording the said statement and a copy of compliance order, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
