This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.10693 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and the co-accused was still absconding.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10693 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 2nd and 4th week of every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
