Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 31.05.2019 and thereby directing the concerned sub registrars to furnish the documents required under the Single Search System and to pass appropriate orders on the representation wtihin a time frame fixed by this Court. (through video conference) Heard Mr. G.Ilamurugu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.M.Pappiah, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 31.05.2019 made by the Petitioner for furnishing the documents required under the Single Search System.

The Learned Special Government Pleader has obtained written instructions from the Fourth Respondent informing that action has been taken on the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner and has produced the copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also acknowledged its receipt. 4.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, it would not preclude the rights of the Petitioner to work out his remedy for any further relief, if the Petitioner is still aggrieved, before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
