Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in No.453/BCDFGISSSV of 2020, dated 03.11.2020, against the petitioner's son U.Rajkumar, aged 30 years, son of S.Udayakumar @ Koladikumar, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai, and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M. DURAISWAMY, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in No.453/BCDFGISSSV of 2020, dated 03.11.2020, detaining her son as "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Government Advocate reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.186, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 11.01.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
