PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.377 of 2025 on 02.04.2025.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Curt on all working days at 10.30.a.m., regularly without fail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Curt on all working days at 10.30.a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month and on all hearing dates without fail.
