Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the relevant portion of 4(II)(ii) in the impugned G.O.(1D) No.217 dated 20.06.2019 issued by the first respondent as far as in the category of persons in the same date of appointment and in the same date of regularization and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the higher mark scored as criteria to finalize the seniority in surplus post.
