(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8455 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.845526006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
