O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 07.05.2018 given by the petitioner and received by the 1st respondent in Sl.No.863 of 2018 and to take appropriate legal action against those persons in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has given a complaint twice previously, no action has been taken. Even now for the complaint dated 7.5.2018, the 1st respondent police has not taken any action.

4. Having regard to the nature of the allegation alleged in the complaint dated 7.5.2018 said to have been given to the 1st respondent by the petitioner, the 1st respondent police is directed to enquire the compliant of the petitioner dated 07.05.2018 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
