ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for an appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Biochemistry) by implementing the 3% reservation for orthopedically impaired in respect of science subjects. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
