This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28376 of 2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Respondent/Contemnor appeared before this Court and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide G.O.(2D).No.20, dated 17.11.2021 and the copy of the same is placed before this Court.

3. As the order under contempt has been complied with vide proceedings dated 17.11.2021, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, appearance of the contemnnor is dispensed with.
