This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the F.I.R No.126 of 2025 dated 11.04.2025 on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed as against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed vide E-Filing No.PRC20250002837 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur on 03.07.2025.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief

as sought for in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
