This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 24.02.2023 made in C.C.No.188 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Coimbatore.
2. Heard Mr.R.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial Court had acquitted the accused on the ground that the complainant had suppressed the actual loan transaction between him and the accused and that there are arguable points in the main appeal.
4. In the circumstances, leave is granted.
