The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 10.04.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.99 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Poonamallee.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
