Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and compel him to relinquish his right in respect of the property bearing survey No.139/7 situate at Irrumbai Panchayat, Vannor Sub Registration District, Tindivanam Taluk Villupuram, District in favour of 4th respondent herein which is subject matter in O.S.No.84 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tindivanam.
