ORDER

This petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 from interfering with the business of the petitioner running in the name and style of Om Sri Dhanasekar Hollow Bricks situated at No.53C, Seramaniyur Kattu Valavu, Dharmapuri Main Road, Mecheri Post, Salem District pending disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2020 with due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
