ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed, to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, for speedy disposal of the F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2019, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2019, against the respondent seeking divorce under Sections 13(1) (1A) and (1B) of Hindu Marriage Act. It is further submitted that the respondent filed counter and the matter is pending for enquiry. However, there is no progress in the enquiry. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is preferred. 3.When the matter came up today (i.e) on 29.09.2021, this Court enquired about the pendency status of the cases, pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to say anything.
4.Considering the fact that the petition in F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2019 was filed only in the year 2019, this Court does not want to fix any time limit for the disposal of F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2019. However, since the matter is now pending for enquiry, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, to dispose of the petition in F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
