Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to accept the pension proposals of the petitioners as submitted by the competent authority and to consequently direct the first to fourth respondents to revise and refix the pension as per the applicable grade pay of Rs.4,200/-/Rs.4,400/- to the selection grade/special grade respectively and to extend all consequential benefits arising thereto.
