Heard Mr. P.Arumugarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 28.09.2022 in W.P. No. 26107 of 2022 passed by the Court.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced Letter No. 25820/PaA-5(1)/2019-8 dated 05.09.2023 sent by the First Respondent to the Petitioner showing that the order dated 28.09.2022 in W.P. No. 26107 of 2022 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the 2/4

matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
