O R D E R The present writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to resurvey the land in Survey No.712/1B measuring 74 cents and 49 cents, totally 1 acre and 23 cents, situated at Paruthipattu Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District and to issue patta to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is listed on 19.02.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 25.02.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Despite the matter is listed today (i.e.26.02.2021) under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.
