This Contempt Petition has been filed for the non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.10536 of 2007 dated 02.01.2012.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10536 of 2007 dated 02.01.2012 has been complied with on 11.07.2019. He has also produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3969/B2/2007 dated 11.07.2019 before this Court. The respondent/department filed the writ appeal before this Court, therefore, after the disposal of the writ appeal, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court.
