It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition was filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent in Ka.No.AEE/VIM/KO/Average/2014, whereby a demand of Rs.1,71,162/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy One Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Two only) was raised. However, it is confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the

above demand has already been paid. It was thus submitted by both counsels that nothing survives in the writ petition.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
