This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 410 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard Mr.C. Deivasigamani learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow C.M.P.No.13501 of 2023.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed only on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association within a period of one week from today.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise in order.
