O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5014 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2019 dated 21.08.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5014 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2019 dated 21.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
