ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.No.10258 of 2025 dated on 15.04.2025 (i.e.) that the petitioner shall report before the trial court concerned on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on all hearings.
