The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.04.2018 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a perusal of the complaint dated 13.4.2018 of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no cognizable offence has been made out. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondent authorities to register the complaint. However, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by proving the allegations set out in the complaint before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
