Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay to the petitioner's account, a sum of Rs.24,45,100/- along with interest at the rate of 1.5% from 08.01.2016 till the date of repayment as refund of demand charges for the months of November and December, 2015 on account of temporary closure of the petitioner's company. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the petitioner's account, a sum of Rs.24,45,100/- along with interest at the rate of 1.5% from 08.01.2016 till the date of repayment as refund of demand charges for the months of November and December, 2015 on account of temporary closure of the petitioner's company.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition has been amicably settled between the parties.

Recording the same, the present Writ Petition is closed.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
