WRIT APPEAL filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order passed in W.P.No.14485 of 2011 dated 25.1.2012. Writ Petition filed U/A 226 of the Constitution of India Praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the Letter (Ms) No. 142 dt 8.6.2011 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent 15.6.2011GO.(MS).No.148 Dt.18/06/2011 posting 33 Associate professors and principals of various Government Colleges and quash the same as being in violation of G.O.Ms. 336 dt 8.3.1990 illegal arbitrary and unjust and in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to refin the petitioners seniority above the respondent 3 to 41 grant all consequential benefits.
