2. Pending the writ petition, both the petitioner, as well as the second respondent herein, have resolved the dispute amicably among themselves. They have also filed a Joint Memo dated 27.01.2022, stating that the Management has agreed to settle the benefits to the second respondent workman, within a period of 12 weeks and they agreed for disposal of this writ petition, in terms of the Joint Memo.

3. Recording the terms of the Joint Memo dated 27.01.2022, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
