ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the bail condition that "petitioners shall stay at Vellore and report before the respondent police, Vellore North police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9218 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
