O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Krishnagiri and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two 1/4

sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate in Crl.MP.No.1896 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crime No.830 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier, the petitioner has been granted bail by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crl.MP.No.1896 of 2020, dated 18.09.2020 with condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties within 15 days, and thereby, the earlier order had got lapsed and hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard both sides. The order dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.MP.No.1896 of 2020, has lapsed by efflux of time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
