ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5417/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2826/2025 dated 20.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
