Learned counsel for the defendant submitted that pursuant to the order dated 10.01.2022, they have deposited Rs.10,95,000/- and obtained banker's cheque in the name of Registrar General of the Court but forgot to print the name of the case number in the said draft.

2.The Registrar General is now required to deposit the said sum of Rs.10,95,000/- covered by banker's cheque bearing No.007153 dated 28.01.2022 to the credit of C.S.No.440 of 2017. A copy of the said draft is available in the Memo dated 03.02.2022.

3.The Registry is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the Registrar General.

4.The application in A.No.4890 of 2021 is allowed accordingly.
