(The cases have been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 294 (b) and 380 of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no case or petition is pending against the petitioner during the year 2020 before the respondent police. However, he would submit that during 2018, the petitioner had involved in a case registered by the respondent police in which, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and that the petitioner has to appear before the concern Court. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
