It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 that the District Revenue Officer has already considered the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2014 and passed an order on 19.09.2014, hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6, since the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2014 has already been considered by the District Revenue Officer, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
