..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings in NaKa.No.177/P2/2015 date 16.06.2015 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.22595/04/2015 dated 23.12.2016 and quash these orders and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the promotion of the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant with effect from 02.11.2011 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
