This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 21.08.2024 in Crl.OP.No.19837 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional POCSO Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 21.08.2024 in Crl.OP.No.19837 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional POCSO Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
