ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to exonerate the petitioner from the inadvertent error committed by her in filling up the application for the Direct Recruitment to the post of Lecturer in Government Law Colleges 2013 - 2014 based on her representation dated 16.09.2014 and admit her candidature for the said recruitment.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
