ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned V Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, to expeditiously complete the trial pending in C.C.No.2097 of 2019.

2. Heard Ms.U.Anunitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there was a compromise between the parties and that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case any further.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is given to the petitioner to move a petition to quash C.C.No.2097 of 2019 pending on the file of V Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, on the ground of compromise.
