ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition para 9(a) imposed by this Court by order dated 27.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29600 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
