Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the Joint Director of School Education (Personnel), Chennai-6, the 1st respondent herein vide his proceedings No.Na.Ka.49093/C4/E1/2014 dated 13.06.2014 and the consequential order passed by the Additional Chief Educational Officer, (S.S.), Villupuram, the 2nd respondent herein vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.216/A1/2014 dated 17.06.2014 and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 and 2 to retain the petitioner as Block Resource Teacher Educator (Botany) at Arasampattu Cluster Resource Center under Sankarapuram Block Resource Center, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

ORDER

The petition is directed against the transfer order issued in the year 2014. It appears that several transfers were made in respect of the petitioner after the writ petition was filed. In these circumstances, the relief claimed in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous by subsequent developments.
