ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to maintain the 25 feet east - west public road lying in - between plot Nos.5 and 6 of Vijay Nagar situated in S.No.15/1A1B Vadakuthu Village, Kurinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020 and to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
