This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2014 and pass appropriate Orders within a time framed to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
