Chennai and release the petitioner / accused on bail till the disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner / accused in C.C. No.6095 of 2016 dated 27.06.2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai and confirmed in Crl.A.No.510 of 2024 dated 19.03.2025 by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and release the petitioner / accused on bail till the disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence and fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by

the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.

In the result, the petition for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
