The prayer made in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from transferring the petitioner by way of deployment from Vadakku Malayambakkam Government High School, Kancheepuram District, without reference to basic requisite teachers strength as per G.O.Ms.(1D) No.266 School Education Department dated 06.07.2012.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the relief sought for herein has been granted to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
