This second appeal was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.01.2018, inasmuch as there had been no representation for the appellant and when the matter called on 04.01.2018, at the request of the appellant's counsel, it was adjourned to 10.01.2018.

2.On 10.01.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions and made an endorsement to that effect and accordingly the appellant being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter again under the caption "for dismissal", by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list today (i.e) on 11.01.2018.
