O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the online application made by the petitioner on 9.07.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for subdivision of the subject property and for issuance of patta in her favour.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry on 11.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
