ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the Petitioners in the name of enquiry without due process of law.
2.Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute between the family members, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
