ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 05.30 pm in Crl.O.P.No.7817 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, he petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 05.30 pm is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
